Chris Birnie is a Level 4 back pain specialist and personal trainer in Aberdeen, specialising in injury rehabilitation, posture correction, sport-specific training, and bespoke programming. Based at BWB Fitness at the H1 Building on Hill of Rubislaw, he helps people recover from pain, build strength, and get back to the activities they love — serving Aberdeen, Rubislaw and the wider West End.

At BWB Fitness, Chris offers the full spectrum of training and therapy — personal training, strength and conditioning, sports massage, postural correction, GP referrals, and rehab work for lower back problems. But what makes it different is where it comes from.
